Talde Capital Riesgo has acquired 33% of Noa Visual Group from Miura Private Equity. Miura will retain 34%, while the remaining 33% will continue to be held by the founders and management team, led by Marisa Tendero as Directora General and Alejandro de Silva as Directora Comercial.

Having Talde Capital Riesgo as a partner will enable Noa Visual Group to progress plans for international expansion, building on its recent entry into the US marketplace and extending the company’s reach into other markets such as Asia.
