Miura Partners previews the results of its Sustainability Report 2025

Miura previews the key results of its Sustainability Report 2025 with the release of its Executive Summary. At Miura, sustainable investment is not a side strategy: it drives how we build stronger companies and create long-term value, both at firm level and across our portfolio.

This year’s report is built around the six sustainability dimensions that guide our active ownership of a portfolio of 20 companies, present in 31 countries and with more than €2.4bn in combined revenue (as of year-end 2025).

Our six dimensions of contribution:

1. Climate Action. Reducing emissions, increasing the use of renewable energy and promoting circular solutions.

Carbon-to-revenue intensity reduced by 39% (Scope 1) and 51% (Scope 2) vs. 2022, decoupling growth from emissions. This was driven by the shift to renewables -now used by 100% of portfolio companies, with renewable consumption multiplied fourfold, alongside electrification initiatives, CO₂ capture technologies and carbon offsetting projects.

2. Human Rights, DE&I and Well-being. Fostering diversity, equal opportunities and the development of our teams.

Unadjusted gender pay gap reduced to 5.4%, more than 350,000 training hours delivered, 158 employees with functional diversity, and reductions of 25% in workplace accidents and 17% in turnover.

3. Governance, Transparency and Digital Trust. Ensuring compliance, ethical conduct and robust ESG integration.

We achieved top UN PRI score (100/100) for the second consecutive year, subimetted our first Communication on Progress to the UN Global Compact, and advanced in cybersecurity and responsible AI through the MiurAI programme.

4. Responsible and Resilient Value Chains. Safeguarding human rights and sustainability across the entire value chain.

Advancing Responsible Purchasing Policies, Supplier Codes of Conduct, ESG questionnaires and EcoVadis certifications, with HTBA achieving EcoVadis Gold medal (top 5% worldwide).

5. Sustainable Solutions. Enhancing the impact of products and services through innovation and responsible design.

Grupo Plenia cared for 12,233 patients, GasN2 avoided more than 3,000 tonnes of CO₂, and Tierra planted over 200,000 trees and shrubs to restore urban ecosystems.

6. Communities. Driving the development of our local communities through local initiatives.

More than €830,000 mobilised since the launch of Miura’s Matching Programme, supporting 470 children and young people and assisting 1,030 family members.

It’s not only what we achieve, but how we achieve it.

These advances are only part of the story. The full report will be published in the coming weeks.
