Approachable, tenacious and composed, Conrado combines rigour and consistency with a strong work ethic, getting fully involved in every project to create value as part of the team. He is especially motivated by working alongside companies on their projects and seeing the direct impact of the work. Outside the office he enjoys sport, travelling and spending time with family and friends.

Conrado joined Miura Partners in 2026 as an Associate on the investment team. He had previously been part of the firm as an Off-Cycle Analyst and, before that, worked as a Visiting Associate at Boston Consulting Group, with earlier experience at Idneo Technologies and EY. He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (ETSEIB) and an MSc in Management from HEC Paris.
