Claudia brings joy and attention to detail to everything she does. Her sociable and demanding nature makes her a resourceful and attentive team member, always striving to exceed expectations. She feels right at home at Miura, where the warm atmosphere fuels her motivation and commitment. Outside of work, she enjoys outdoor sports, especially tennis and padel, as well as creative activities like ceramics and painting.

Prior to joining Miura, Claudia worked as a receptionist and reservations manager at Derby Hotel, a section supervisor and sales associate at Adidas, and a content creator and marketer at Plateselector.

Claudia holds a Master’s Degree in Gastronomic Tourism from Basque Culinary Center, a Higher Degree in Travel Agencies and Event Management, a Higher Degree in Tourist Information and Assistance Guidance, and a Higher Degree in Kitchen Management — all from CIFP Hostelería y Turismo Gijón.
