Paz combines method and commitment with flexibility and adaptation to carry out any project or challenge. And she does it without losing her smile, positivism and her enthusiastic character that makes everybody feel comfortable and united as a team.

Paz joined Miura in 2021 from KPMG Abogados, S.L.P where she has worked, as senior manager, until 2020 in the corporate and commercial department. She is specialized in M&A, due diligence, contractual and corporate law. She has advised companies from the industry, food, and real estate sector.

Paz is member of the Bar Association of Barcelona, holds a LLM in advocacy from Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía (ISDE), and graduated in Law Studies from Universidad CEU Abat Oliba.
