Founded in 1983 in Zaragoza, Proclinic Group is a benchmark full-service provider of dental sector solutions in Europe, with a broad portfolio of products, equipment and value-added services (training, technical support).

The company has over 150,000 SKUs, 42,000 active customers and logistics platforms in Zaragoza, Kielce (Poland), Dijon (France) and Verona (Italy). Since Miura’s entry in 2021, strategic acquisitions have been made in France, Poland and Portugal, alongside a push for digitalization, new business lines and enhanced online sales.

Together with Miura, and through the Dent&Co fund (€200M launched in 2024), Proclinic is driving a new phase of growth focused on strengthening its commercial strategy, expanding its offering and exploring new M&A opportunities across Europe.
