Grupo Plenia
Building the country's most human mental health ecosystem
Grupo Plenia was born in 2025 in Seville as a consolidation project in mental health, neurosciences and lifestyle medicine in Spain, resulting from the partnership between Miura Partners and the founders of Centro Psicosanitario Galiani (Seville) and Orientak (Madrid), José Antonio Galiani and Eva Milla.
Its model is supported by evidence-based protocols, continuous staff training and a profoundly human-centric approach to patient care. The project is led by CEO Pedro Álvarez, heading a management team with extensive experience in growth and sector consolidation initiatives.
Together with Miura, Grupo Plenia is driving a national consolidation and expansion plan to build the country’s strongest and most human mental health ecosystem, generating operational synergies, improving processes and accelerating sustainable growth.
